    So how do you store the PCB? The board is no more than other products, it can't be in contact with air and water. First of all, the vacuum of the PCB board can not be damaged. When packing, it is necessary to put a layer of bubble film on the side of the box. The water absorption of the bubble film is better, which plays a very good role in preventing moisture. Of course, the moisture-proof beads are also indispensable. Then sort the emissions and label them. After sealing, the box must be stored in a dry and ventilated place, separated from the ground, and should be protected from sunlight. The temperature of the warehouse is preferably controlled at 23±3°C and 55±10%RH. Under such conditions, the surface-treated PCB of immersion gold, electric gold, spray tin, silver plating, etc. can generally be stored for 6 months, sinking silver, Surface-treated PCB boards such as sink tin and OSP can be stored for 3 months.

    For PCB boards that are not used for a long time, the circuit board manufacturer should preferably apply a layer of three anti-paint on it, and the three anti-paint can protect against moisture, dust and oxidation. This will increase the shelf life of the PCB to 9 months.
