PCB board carbon resistance

PCB board printing process is mainly printed on the PCB board processing carbon film conductive layer and carbon film resistor layer, the high temperature (180 °C ~ 200 °C) polymerization film.

Resistance can be controlled between: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%

The main technical performance:

1, the resistance value range: 10Ω ~ 1MΩ

2, the law of resistance: linear

3, allowable resistance deviation: ± 5% - ± 20%

4, linear tolerance: ± 1% - ± 3%

5, durability: 200,000 or 1 million weeks level

6, the temperature coefficient of resistance: ± 1500PPM
