What are the requirements for PCBA transportation packaging

After the PCBA is finished, we need to transport the PCBA to the customer in various ways. During the transportation process, we need to pay attention to the following requirements.

  1, packaging materials

PCBA boards are relatively fragile and easily damaged. They must be carefully packed with bubble bags, pearl cotton, electrostatic bags and vacuum bags before shipping.

  2, anti-static packaging

Static electricity will break through the chip in the PCBA board. Because the static electricity is invisible, it can't be touched, and it is easy to produce. Therefore, in the process of packaging and transportation, it is necessary to adopt anti-static packaging method.

  3, moisture-proof packaging

The surface of the PCBA should be cleaned and dried before packaging, and three anti-paints should be sprayed.

  4, anti-vibration packaging

Place the packaged PCBA board in an anti-static package. When placed vertically, stack up to no more than two layers. Place a stop plate in the middle to keep it stable and prevent it from shaking.
